Youth Hostels

Youth Hostels can be found all over Italy in the major cities and are run by the AIG (Associazione Italiana Alberghi per la Gioventu'), affiliated to Hostelling International (HI). Operates over 50 hostels throughout Italy (www.informagiovani.it). Student hostels exist in many Italian towns and are available not only to students taking courses but, when available, also to students visiting the country for holiday.
